SEIKOTEI (SEI Lake Bund)

SEIKOTEI is a miniature of the levee parting the lake surface of Sei Lake in Koshu(Hangzhou), China. Along with Hakurakuten and Sotouha, it is a dream destination among cultivated people from old times, which brings exoticism to the Japanese garden. The same style can be seen in existing gardens of fame, such as KOISHIKAWAKORAKUEN(Tokyo) and SHUKKEIEN(Hiroshima).
